We purchased this property from Geoff 6 years ago, so it was a no brainer when it was time to sell that we would work with him again. Geoff displayed a high level of professional knowelage regarding the market and ensured we were kept informed through the whole process. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable, couldn't of asked for better service or a better outcome!

Our agent showed a keen interest in us. Very straight forward, knowledgeable, old world professional. We appreciate his genuine support from the beginning to the end and after.

Mike had our house sold in a day for a very pleasing price. As a mum of 2 infants I am so thankful you were able to make this a no-stress process, you make it look easy. 100% recommend Mike and Crowne Real Estate, won’t go anywhere else

We could not be more grateful for our experience with Kirsty! As first time buyers, we were cognisant that other agents could potentially take advantage or not take us seriously. Kirsty is kind, authentic and genuinely feel she is a woman of her word. She managed our expectations appropriately and remained fair and ’to the point’, which are qualities that we highly value allowing property novices like us to make rational, informed decisions. We are so grateful to have secured our first home and absolutely thrilled to have had Kirsty apart of our journey. Highly recommend her authentic and straight forward approach to property.

I happened to drive past the place I purchased, saw the sale sign and someone was there cleaning. I thought I'd be cheeky and asked if I could have a look through. Jenni, the Crown presentation, was kind enough to show me through the place. She put me in touch with Kirsty. Kirsty was attentive and professional at every step in the process and her dealings with me. She kept me up to date and across developments with vendor negotiations. When organising quotes for work to be done at the property post-settlement she would arrange a convenient time for a Crown representative to meet me and the trades person here. A GOD STAR and A KOALA STAMP for Kirty and the Crown Reality team!!!

We bought this house from Kirsty and Mike in 2011 and our experience then led us back to them to sell the property. Their guidance made our experience an easy one and all we did was continue with our normal lives as they did what they do best and achieved amazing results within a short space of time. We were kept up to date all the way, with guidance and support when we were not sure what to do. I would recommend Crowne Real Eastatr for peace of mind when you sell. Thank you very much Kirsty and Mike. You guys and your team are amazing 👏

Thanks so much Kay and Will for putting in so much effort to sell my 2 properties in Fernvale. Will went above and beyond to help me out and it gave me the opportunity to buy an apartment at Mooloolaba. Thanks again!

It was a pleasure dealing with Kirsty who did above and beyond her job on obtaining a good price for our property. She was great to deal with right from the start and kept us regularly informed on progress with advertising the property and showing it to potential buyers. We loved the photos which showed the property to great advantage.

am writing this testimonial in relation to one of your real estate agents Kay Sinclair. I have has the pleasure of dealing with Kay on two occasions in the last five years. The first was when my partner and I purchased purchased our current residence in Fernvale and the second is when I approached Kay to sell this residence at this present time. The reason for me approaching Kay for the sale was due to her professionalism, her caring nature, honesty and ability as a real estate agent. She has always been prepared to go the extra mile to assist her clients (as she has done with us). As a result of this she is held very high regard by other residence in this are whom I know and have used the services of Kay and your agency. I believe that Kay is considerable asset to your company and is without a doubt the best agent we haver dealt with and we have hesitation in recommending both Kay and your agency to others.
