With a short time period to sell Kirsty and the Crown team got our house sold. Through a long and some what frustrating settlement period, Kirsty did a fantastic job communicating with us ( in Hobart) about what was going on. Kirsty and her Crown team are the best, I only wish they would relocate to Hobart too, only to help us find our new home.

Mikes presentation to me on our first meeting was very informative explaining market conditions recent sales in the area, all backed up with facts and presented to me in a sales package customized for my property. His strategy used in the lead up to the sale was imperative and correct for the market conditions at the time. The sale was not without some trying hurdles and we systematically worked through them as a team rather than Agent and Seller. Mike has some very strong assets in his personality and one of those is his ability to communicate in an effective and informative manner all the way throughout the process of the sale. I have no problem with recommending Mike and his team to anyone selling Property. I did have a professional Agent selling my property, I now have a new friend.
