Along with 2 other real estate agencies we invited Kirsty & Mike to give us a valuation on our home. We explained to the 3 agents we wouldn't be ready to go to market for a couple of months but Kirsty & Mike were the only ones who spent time with us explaining the advertising / selling process. We still hadn't gone to market when Kirsty & Mike contacted us as they had a prospective buyer. Our home was sold.
