When Helena and myself first contacted C Shell real estate , we were quite nervous about what the process would be like, but first contact put us at ease straight away. The friendly nature and down to earth attitude of Rachelle and Renee was wonderful, and everything went so smoothly going forward. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and speed and professionalism of all concerned. Excellent to deal with.

Rachelle and her team were excellent. Provided advice to get the best value out of out block of land, which enabled us to get the price that was acceptable to us. Would recommend to anyone who is buying or selling.

Selling was quite a daunting experience for me but Rachelle made the process seamless and offered assistance every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always attentive to my needs and queries. As this was a holiday home and I do not live close by she ensured she was available and even assisted with organising trades for works that were required. I highly recommend Rachelle when selling or buying a property. Her professional and friendly manner was appreciated.

Rachelle has been a great support and guide during our first experience of purchasing a rural holiday home. From the first call back when responding to online enquires, to the inspection appointment where she squeezed in as many homes to inspect as we wanted. Always quick to respond to my numerous text messages and super relaxed and calm even during an approaching bushfire crisis. We can’t recommend Rachelle and C Shell Real Estate enough. The Loch Sport Specialist.
