Rachelle and Renee from CShell in Loch Sport are exemplary in their work. They know the area and as a vendor we achieved a fast sale, we listened to their feedback and followed their instructions well to present the home for sale. Rachelle was able to assist the people who bought our home by supporting them in choosing the wonderful Loch Sport and although we are sad to be selling, we feel we had the best support ourselves in the process. Thankyou CShell!

“We can’t thank CShell Real Estate, enough, especially Renee & Rachell, a duo family owned business in Loch Sport and both operate as professional independant selling agents. This is the 5th time CShell's have handled our property Sales & Purchases. Their outstanding service, dedication to clear & open communication & willingness to please their customers is second to no other agents, I have dealt with. Unsurprisingly, they have such a strong professional reputation in the real estate industry.

I found Rachelle (and Renee) to be very approachable and communicative throughout the entire process of listing, marketing and negotiating the sale of my Father's house. Their timeliness in presenting all offers and assessment of potential buyers' intent and timeline was honest, diligent and invaluable! Her local area knowledge, including those of ever-changing government and local council policy is insightful and informative. Always quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and easy to work with regarding access to the house for inspections etc. Highly recommended! Lovely ladies and very professional!!
