Marks local knowledge of real estate is amazing. He has a no nonsense approach and says it as it is. We found the whole team at Cube to be honest, happy and professional. He had built up a great relationship with the sellers of the property that we purchased which made the transition so much easier. Everyone was as relaxed as could be given the circumstances.
