Our mother felt very comfortable dealing with Mark and he went that extra mile to make sure she understood all the steps in selling the property. The house sold following the first inspection and the price realised was in keeping with Mark's earlier assessment. Mark was the third agent I spoke to regarding the potential sale of my home and the only one who convinced me I'd get what I wanted for the house. Sure enough, in only a week or two on the market Mark had secured the buyers at my asking price with terms that we had set out early on. While the sale was administered I was overseas (which threw a few spanners in the works) but everything at home was managed perfectly.
