It was great dealing with an estate agent who was prepared to look at different ways to market our property and more importantly, be prepared to put his reputation and expertise on the line by offering and agreeing to some creative commission structures. Our communication was clear from the outset and we never second guessed each other, which is exactly what we wanted as property owners. Our house was sold as planned, we achieved a higher price than expected and everything fell into place, which was just fantastic. We would certainly recommend Scott and his team to any potential property sellers or buyers.

Sold in 3 weeks!
Scott was a pleasure to work with. He assisted with managing the painting and carpeting of the property whilst occupied by tenants prior to listing. The property was sold in under 3 weeks from listing and communication was always open and fluid.
