Lochlan was extremely helpful at all times through the process of selling our home - from the open for inspection days to the actual sale and the bits in between. I have no hesitation in recommending him along with Steve Lambley and the Cunningham’s agency.

Sincere thanks, Andrew and team, for selling my house. They say that selling your home is one of the top 5 stressful things we experience in our life. Well, thanks to the high degree of professionalism, integrity and communication demonstrated by Andrew, my stress level was pretty manageable even in the final few days. Andrew has a formidable team too and each member knows his/her job and does it with passion and conviction. There's no indecisiveness here. With so many changes in the RE market and a large infrastructure project planned for my neighbourhood, Andrew possesses the knowledge to discuss these topics effectively with prospective buyers. I always received a phone update immediately after each opening inspection which is a big plus from me. If I buy back in this area in the future, Andrew will be my go-to agent.

Mark's services as our selling agent are unprecedented we believe. Mark's negotiating skills enabled the sale of our property within 10 days in a somewhat declining market with a limited audience. He worked hard to bring the purchaser up to our expectations acting with integrity and professionalism at all times. We highly recommend Mark to enlist your property for sale.

Lochlan was an outstanding advocate for our property and extremely diligent in keeping us up to date on progress during the campaign and critical negotiation stages. He provided excellent after sales service including advice on properties that we were considering as potential purchases. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

He is always approachable, has an open and friendly manner, is supportive and personable but professional in all dealings. He was able to negotiate successful sales achieving an excellent price for both of my properties. James helped sell my house through a difficult period after our home had been on the market for sometime and was at all times professional kind and honest.

Steve was recommended to me by my sister -in- law and I have absolutely no regrets. Steve and his team were professional from start to finish and always maintained regular contact with me regarding the campaign and sale of my unit. He offered good advice and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the housing market. We also happened to buy out new house from Cunninghams and Steve happened to be the managing agent of that property; as a result, we often had many conversations about both properties simultaneously, during which he was able to answer all the questions I fired at him! I highly recommend Cunninghams and in particular Steve Lambley.

We had just purchased our new property via Steve and Jodie and their approach with us, as a potential buyer, was always professional and courteous, but firm. So as we transitioned to being a vendor these demonstrated traits were appealing to us. We had also sold a small property a few years previous with Cunninghams and were quite satisfied with that experience and result as well. From the outset of a fast tracked sales programme the Cunningham machine kicked into gear very quickly with professional stylists, photographers and writers all coming through our property within days. It was up on the market the following weekend and the place looked great. The whole crew were totally professional. The advice and communications updated we received along the way from Jodie and Steve was timely and honest. The appraisal of the situation at all times during the sales programme appeared to be accurate. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve, Jodie and team at Cunninghams in the future.

We have used Steve and Jodie twice to sell properties over the years. Each time we set a very high goal price and on both occasions have had success in obtaining that price in the first week of the campaign. Luck was not a factor, I put it down to them having the right strategy, good planning and impeccable attention to detail on their behalf.

We trusted Steve and Cunningham's with the sale of our home based on excellent market knowledge, sales and negotiation skills. We knew this because he previously sold our first house with great success eight years ago. Time has only honed his skills, enthusiasm and communication ability. We had a great result in a tough market this time and we can only thoroughly recommend Steve and the whole Cunningham's team. Professional, thorough and a pleasure to deal with.
