Mark is a real gentleman. From the moment we met him, Mark communicated really well with us. He was thorough and knowledgable plus he looked after us, as the prospective purchaser, with great respect. We would highly recommend Mark as an agent with integrity and passion for his profession.

Steve gave me all the information I needed from the word go and kept me informed of developments continually. I would be very happy to recommend Steve to any prospective seller or buyer. I am delighted with the figure Steve/Lochlan and Cunningham’s achieved for me.

I would highly recommend Kelly Santos as an agent, she is professional and at all times was considerate to our circumstances of selling our childhood home after the death of my mother. She was always available to answer questions and the result that was achieved in the current softening market met my expectation. I would recommend her and Cunningham's.

Mark has earned my loyalty and respect having sold several properties for me over the years. He has an extensive knowledge of the local property market, the area and the community. Both Mark and Kylie were a pleasure to work with during the sale of my home and both did everything they possibly could to make the process as easy as possible.

This is my 2nd house sale through Cunninghams. Mark Connor and Kylie Mounsey gave me an very accurate market appraisal. When I made the decision to sell they were able to get the property on the market within the week and got the sales result in 9 days inline with out our expectations and their original appraisal. They were also very helpful guiding me through the best cost effective marking strategy. I highly recommend Mark and Kylie along with Cunninghams Realestate.

Georgi was lovely. Very knowledgeable and very personable. Thankyou Georgi for assisting us through the process of buying.
Georgi Bates
Georgi helped us sell our property in Manly and achieved a great result in a slow market. We really appreciated her advice and experience - as in any job, experience matters a lot and Georgi has it in spades. She is well known in the Manly/Fairlight property market and our friends do know her either from directly working with her or knowing someone who she helped. Georgi and her team Liz, Lauren and Sabrina were all very patient and always available. The Team would show our apartment to prospective buyers 2-3 times a week on appointments. It is great to have agents who can do it - you never know whether a buyer's interest wanes if they don't see your property that extra time or two. As buyers, we never felt the pressure to make offers that we weren't comfortable with, and as sellers we got the right strategic advice. We also got detailed feedback on the market and our property situation every week. In summary, we think we could not have done better with a seller's agent.

Though always professional, we liked that you emotionally connected with our house from the get go. There was never any pressure, even though it was some months before we decided to list. When it came time for us to list, your advice and support in helping me to get my numbers right was really very helpful. It enabled us to go forward in purchasing our new property with a great deal of confidence and assuredness. You connected with our purpose and our plans for Lindy to be able to retire and made it part of your challenge. This made us feel you had our best interest at heart. I asked you early on “what makes for a perfect vendor client?” and your response of “one who does exactly what you advise them to do” was absolutely right. It was a little counter intuitive to me which is why I mention it - but the result speaks for itself. The styling, your tips on how to present the place, the time and effort invested to get the photography perfect were sublime. For anyone who queries the investment required for the perfect preparation, we are the perfect case study. You kept us informed and really well advised as to next steps and to the strategy you were going to employ. This was really important for us when you felt the market was softening and more so in the final stages of the negotiations and the highly skilled way in how you dealt with them. Of course the process started many months before our decision to sell, but in the end from listing to exchange took only 11 days and with a result that had we gone to auction would have been above our reserve. To this extent it has meant that Lindy now has the flexibility to retire when-ever she wants to so you have helped bring our dream to life. How wonderful! Georgi, Liz – we are obviously very happy to recommend you to anyone seeking a truly professional and empathetic experience in the selling and buying real estate. We hope to see you on the Gold Coast very soon where you will always be welcome.

We have had what can only be described as the perfect selling experience working with Kylie to sell our Manly property. We met Kylie years ago, as prospective buyers, and soon realised that she was the person we would want to represent us when we sold a property. From the time we decided to sell our property to the time the property was listed (there was a delay with the tenants vacating) , the market conditions changed. Kylie was completely up to date with these changes, and reviewed and monitored her selling strategies accordingly. Kylie's warm, caring and personal nature allows her to gain a very accurate understanding of prospective buyers, which proved invaluable during the negotiation process. Her level of communication and open dialogue during the total sales process was extraordinary. Selling a property is quite a stressful time. Working closely with Kylie made the sale a pleasant experience, very much due to her calm persona. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone thinking of selling. Kylie is a complete professional.

We were on the buyers side of the market & with a buyers agent who negotiated our sale. Leading up to settlement & post sale we were very impressed with Team Georgi Bates, in particular Sabrina who answered all our questions very professionally & promptly. An additional touch was the beautiful hamper presented to us on collecting the keys to our new home. We would recommend this dedicated team.
