I had been looking for a property for a very long time and certainly had a some poor dealings along the way. I found James to be extremely professional and very personable. He was excellent with communicating every step of the process which is exactly what we buyers need. I would not hesitate to recommend James.

I found James to be very helpful throughout the process and returned calls every time as soon as he could. This is not the case with all agents. The best part was that going to auction my contract requested advance inspection prior to settlement, or consideration given. James leveraged his relationship to achieve this in addition to his property management team for a result that couldn't be better. Only two days downtime. This transition and after sales service was exceptional and I would recommend James to all. In addition James even arranged for the lawn to be mown prior to the tenants moving in, at his cost. I appreciated this is the nature of the game, however, few agents naturally do this with a genuine interest. James does and will continue to service the local community very well going forward.

James is a competent, efficient, responsive and knowledgeable agent. I would be happy to recommend him, his services and his team to anyone looking to sell or buy their home

Georgi was highly professional in every aspect of our property purchase. She connected with us immediately and persevered in working with our needs and gave us an honest assessment of the current market. She also recommended properties held by other agents which helped build a trusting relationship. This was a smart move as we ended up coming back to her to discuss options and move forward with the Daintrey Street sale. It was good to work with Georgi as she had a long term vision and was not just out to get an immediate sale. She was ably supported by Kelly and the seamless teamwork contributed to their success. We would highly recommend Georgia and her team to friends and family.

From the second we met Andrew, we felt completely at ease in entrusting him and his team with the sale of our house. In addition to exceptional market knowledge, he is entirely professional, responsive and personable. Andrew genuinely cares about each and every client, and there is no doubt in our minds that he was the best agent for us. He bent over backwards to organise everything for us since we were overseas throughout the whole sales process, and did an exceptional job, in record time, and achieved a fantastic result! We couldn't rate Andrew - and his team, Ben and Macey - highly enough, they were absolutely fantastic in every respect.

We chose Cunninghams Real Estate to manage the sale of our property, based on our awareness of their highly regarded work ethic, successful results and community support of local organisations. In addition, they were recommended to us by friends in the area. Through their professional approach and diligent application, Steve and Jodie achieved an exceptional result for us.

Selling property requires the right balance of experience, authenticity and credibility to enable the best possible market price is obtained. Andrew Lutze possesses these qualities. The entire process was personalised and streamlined. This with effective communication only reinforced that my husband and I made the correct choice in selecting Andrew to sell our Manly property.

This was my first property purchase and any scepticism I had before this purchase with dealing with real estate agents proved to be completely misguided. Kelly was approachable and sensible and helped make this sale go seamlessly.

I only gave 5 stars...because there wasn't an option for 6. Exceptional service and negotiating skills. Highly recommend.

Steve was a pleasure to deal with. He was personable, punctual, professional and efficient, and there was never a request that was too much for him to accommodate. He struck an excellent balance between working for both the vendor and purchaser, and worked very hard to achieve a good outcome for all of us. We have no hesitation in recommending Steve to anyone who is reticent about engaging in the real estate sales process. We are confident that the same respect and careful attention that we were afforded throughout our dealings with Steve are his operating standard. Thank you for finding us our new home Steve, you will always be welcome in it.

We bought our home from Ben Jones several years ago and approached him to sell it when the time came. Having experienced both sides; buying and selling from Ben, we can attest to his professional yet disarmingly down-to-earth style. He provided valuable advice and achieved a great outcome. Such a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process.
