Dear Steve, David and I would like to thank you, Jodi and the team at Cunninghams for performing such a terriffic job on the recent sale of our house in Woodland Street. You came highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Your presentatioins were well researched, detailed and I came away from our initial meeting feeling that I was dealing with an honest and profesional team. I was impressed with the local knowledge you had of Balgowlah property market and felt you had genuine relationships with numerous prospective buyers for our home. I felt that marketing campaing was well executed with great suggestions from your styling and marketing team. We were also kept well up to date with any prospects and of course we were delighted with the sale result! I would not hestitate to recommend you to any friends or family who are looking to sell in our area. We look forward to doing business with you in the future. Kind regards, Alexandra and David Morgan

When you are spending a lot of money you want to engage with an Agent that you feel you can have an honest conversation with and trust. Steve is one of those rare agents that I would most certainly use again. I went to over 15 auctions before I purchased my house and have met over 50 agents with Steve being the only one that I felt approached the sales process with a level of integrity and honesty that you would expect but is so hard to find. I highly recommend Steve and Jodie at Cunninghams.

Ben sold a family property and we were really happy with the work he and his team put in and the result they achieved. A cooling market, a short campaign, December bearing down upon us, and a tangle of vendors, but he maintained excellent communication and all his predictions were realised. In a business with so many variables yet—from the vendors' perspective—so little room for error, we highly recommend him. Signed Dan, on behalf of the siblings.

Steve Lambley and Jodie Lynch and the whole Cunningham's team worked effectively as a team to market and sell our home. From initial consultations to trade referrals, Steve and Jodie brought a whole team together to help get the house ready for market. Steve and Jodie handled the communications with us with great sensitivity as we placed our beloved home on the market. Utilising their database and a comprehensive marketing campaign, we had confidence that we have reached our target buying group. The final two weeks demonstrated their negotiation skills and indefatigable energy as they carefully ran down the leads and worked the promising ones, until we had a successful sale a week before auction to one of their database clients. In engaging Steve, we had confidence in Steve's abilities. In how he and Jodie handled the whole sales process, we feel he delivered in our confidence.

Georgi and her team, Kelly and Lauren, provided outstanding customer service and communication throughout the whole process from initial consultation to the very successful result of selling my property. Georgi, Kelly and Lauren provided absolute honesty, credibility and professionalism at all times. No matter or query was too small for this great team - always responding promptly and with personal service. I cannot speak highly enough of Georgi - she is an absolute professional in her field - and her 'after-sales' service is second to none. I would not hesitate to engage Georgi again, whether it be buying or selling property, trusting her implicitly. I have already recommended Georgi to others and, not surprisingly, received great feedback.

If there was a key part of buying our house in Manly from Steve and Jodie it was they communicated very well throughout the pre sale and after the sale. Great people to deal with and would certainly use them again for a purchase or sale. Highly recommended !

We were so fortunate to have someone with the integrity, market knowledge and selling skills that James Heywood possesses. At all times James acted with the utmost professionalism and always made us feel that the successful sale of our property was his number one priority.

I was extremely impressed by her passion for real estate, professionalism and absolute dedication in achieving the best result. Georgi and Kelly “The Bates Team” worked tirelessly, chasing every lead and keeping respective buyers and continually kept me informed, I believe they achieved the best result possible in what turned to be a falling market. Well done and thank you both so much. Tracy

For me personally, Steve epitomises the ultimate agent! After initially engaging Steve to my mother to sell her property so she could downsize, my mum continually got cold feet over a number of years as downsizing was a BIG step for my mum. To most people this would be eternally frustrating, but for Steve he just took it in his stride and would kindly offer support and advice about 'small reno's' that could improve the properties saleability and to then get back in touch "whenever the time was right". Once we finally got mum "ready" it was time for game on, and Steve promptly activated all campaign elements with ease and speed ensuring optimal messaging and presentation including employing expert decorator to stage the property to ensure the best financial outcome. The end result was a dramatic premium to what competitive agents had priced the property and way above our expectation securing the financial future for my mum and our family. Hats off to Steve and the Cunningham team for outstanding result!
