Steve made the entire process of buying, then later selling my house effortless. Taking all the stress and worry out of everything I couldn't have been happier with my agent. I felt totally supported every step of the way, and I was thrilled with the end sale price, which was exactly the number Steve had predicted. I could recommend Steve highly enough, a true professional and all round great guy to work with.

Kelly Santos was an integral part of the team that sold my Manly home. During the process I found Kelly to be friendly, proactive and very easy to work with, she was always willing to go 'the extra mile' to ensure I was happy with the service I was receiving from Cunninghams Real Estate. Kelly is dedicated to her profession and will be one of its rising stars. Watch this space . . .

We bought our first house from Steve. We were so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the local area and rapport with buyers that when it was time to sell the house, we were confident to entrust Steve as our agent. We took our time over the years to get our house ready for sale and Steve was always patient and helpful with practical advice about what we needed to do and what we didn't have to do to get the best possible sale price. Without Steve and the wonderful Cunninghams team, we wouldn't have been able to achieve the sales result we did. The marketing campaign was faultless, we were given constant feedback throughout the campaign and within 8 days, our house was sold. For such an emotional experience, it was relatively stress-free and we have Steve to thank for that. We highly recommend Steve. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.

My Husband has known Mark for 30 odd years and myself and extended family have had a long association with Mark/Cunninghams - property bought, sold and managing agents for our investment property for nearly 20 years. When we approached Mark Connor about the possibility of selling, he gave us all the information we needed to make a decision, displaying his sales knowledge of the Manly area. Mark provided an extremely high level of guidance throughout the sales process - recommended legals and arranged trades. The sales & marketing materials were excellent and his communication was flawless - he kept us in the loop with every lead at all times. Both my husband and myself will highly recommended Mark/Cunninghams in the future, the whole process was profesional and easy from beginning to end.

Andrew and the other members of the team at Cunninghams have changed our opinion of real estate agents, living up to all the hyperbole of their promotional advertising and then some. We will be recommending them to all our friends. Andrew made us feel we were his most important clients throughout the sale of our house and that he always had our best interests at heart. A consummate professional at the top of his game, matched with a cheerful and engaging personality. Alan & Anne Wood

Georgi and the team at Cunninghams Manly did a fantastic job for us. The unit was held by our family for 45 years. Four generations of our family lived there. It was a difficult decision for us to sell the property. Georgi and the team made the process and the experience as easy as possible and achieved a good outcome for us. I rate Georgi Bates as highly recommended

My son chose Steve Lambley as my agent after an excellent result on a property Steve sold for him a few years ago. I admired his patience as it took quite a while before my house could go on the market. When it did it was all sytems go with Amy, his stylist getting organised to style my house for sale. What a beautiful job she and her team did! My house looked a picture and I'm sure was instrumental in the marketing and selling of it. Steve and Jodie were always so professional and at each open house prospective buyers were given the full tour of the house and grounds. We were kept up to date on how things were progressing and on auction day as I sat nervously waiting for it to be over I was thrilled with the final bid and that a family had bought my house. A wonderful result for the whole team. Thank you to Steve and Jodie and all the staff at Cunninghams, Balgowlah. I would definitely recommend you to other sellers.

We had an enjoyable experience in dealing with Steve and Jodie as a purchaser of a home that they were selling on behalf of the vendors. The entire process was seamless from the communication and information sharing following our first inspection through the auction process and ultimately picking up the keys to move into our new family home. Thank you.

I found Steve to have exceptional knowledge of the market and area. He was also great to deal with as he had all of the answers - normally before they were even asked.

Steve was always contactable and was always able to answer all of our questions.

Steve's expertise, knowledge and professionalism was invaluable during the sale. We have every confidence that we chose the right person and the right agency for the job. If we had to do it all over again, the only person we would call is Steve. Thank you for guiding us through the process, educating us and achieving a fabulous result.
