Sam and his team were exceptional throughout both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new home. What stood out most was their communication and responsiveness. We had a dedicated WhatsApp group providing real-time updates, and Sam would personally call after every open home to share feedback, market insights and recommendations. We always felt informed and never had to chase for information. They took ownership of the entire sales process, coordinating trades, styling, presentation and preparation of the property. Managing a sale while moving house can be incredibly stressful, but Sam and his team made the process feel seamless. We sold in a challenging market, and Sam's market knowledge, honesty and strategic advice were invaluable. Sam is outstanding and always so professional

The calm in the storm - trustworthy and and excellent communicator

Sam was the calm in the storm. Against the backdrop of a difficult market, his experience and deep market expertise enabled him to calmly execute on a carefully designed plan. His communication throughout the campaign was excellent - always completely open, honest, and genuine. He was able to clearly articulate the “knowns” and “unknowns” and what they meant for the campaign. Integrity, trust and exceptional service - working with Sam and his team was a pleasure.

Communication and Negotiation at its best

I first began discussing the sale of my property with Sam back in 2024. From the very start, he was never pushy — instead, he consistently provided honest market feedback and kept me informed with relevant updates, which gave me the confidence to proceed in my own time and on my own terms. When I eventually decided to put the property on the market, Sam and his amazing team prepared it for sale and had the listing live seamlessly within just a few weeks. The property was tenanted at the time, but this was never an obstacle. Sam personally met with the tenants and coordinated the open homes with care and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and respectful process for everyone involved. Throughout the entire campaign, Sam's communication was clear, prompt and reassuring, and the end result speaks for itself. I couldn't have asked for a more genuine, knowledgeable or dedicated agent. Excellent communicator with great knowledge of the area

This is the second time we have worked with Sam & the Cunninghams team. What can I say, Sam is so easy to communicate with. His knowledge of the market was fantastic and the whole process was actually so smooth & quick as someone loved our home just as much as we did. We are so happy with the outcome.
