We started to sell our house at a time when the market was down, and we knew that we needed to continue to work with a team who could help us achieve the best result possible. We followed Maria's recommendation to invest in professional styling. This combined with Maria and her team enthusiasm, professionalism, forward planning and high level of detail resulted in an incredible outcome in a tough market. Every open house was attended by Maria, Lauren and Todd and they greeted each buyer in a very professional manner providing them with a huge range of information about the property and its features. Maria, Lauren and Todd worked closely with every prospective buyer and answered every question with extreme diligence. They provided us with a great level of detail of how our campaign was tracking, relevant statistics and feedback. Maria and her team always kept us informed every step of the way, through regular phone calls and formal weekly feedback reports. The team always stayed optimistic and positive throughout the entire campaign. We never had any issues or problems and any of our suggestions or ideas were thoroughly considered. We genuinely felt that they listened to us and had our best interests in heart. They were always immaculately presented which goes in accordance with their performance in all aspects of the sale. We felt the full trust and confidence in this lovely group of people who work together and form an extremely supportive and dedicated team. We feel extremely thankful for Maria, and we love her and her entire team for such devotion, and for making us feel totally looked after in every aspect of their excellent performance, top notch negotiation and the great result they achieved for us. They are team of real people who really care about their clients.

We had been dithering about moving or renovating for some time and had allowed the property to become a little run down. Maria was born and bred in Seaforth-in the very street where we had lived for 27 years. I already knew her slightly and had been keeping an eye on sales in our area. Once we decided it was time to move on we didn't hesitate to call her and ask advice on how to proceed. She and Lauren came, saw and conferred. Returning with a well thought out plan of action, details of tradies and improvements we never knew we needed. Some remedial works were clearly necessary, and though we were initially reluctant to take on one or two cosmetic/utilitarian changes we did accept all their suggestions. Our only regrets are that we didn't accept and proceed more quickly. Maria reported back to us after every inspection, including multiple private occasions. We were fully informed and consulted about the selling process at all times. She said 'Call me anytime' and she meant it. We found the whole team at Stone Seaforth to be friendly, efficient and totally professional throughout our whole working relationship. They were generous with their time, to the extent that, as things proceeded, we all felt like family. We are most grateful to them, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Buying our forever home was one of the most intense experiences of my life — and Sean King and Charlotte Michelle at Whitehouse Real Estate were exactly the team I needed. It almost didn't happen. I'd ruled out the property thinking it only had three bedrooms. Charlotte, while showing me another property in Freshwater, pulled up the floorplan and showed me it was actually four bedrooms. Without that initiative, I'd never have viewed it and it would have sold to another buyer the following Monday. The purchase unfolded over just five days — a highly emotional competing buyer, a buyers agent involved, my husband away and unable to view the property, and an elderly vendor needing urgency and sensitivity. Sean navigated all of it with remarkable composure. His communication was impeccable. Every message and call was perfectly timed, direct and clear — giving me the confidence to make fast decisions when there was no room for uncertainty. Two hours before exchange, hands shaking with stress, Charlotte calmly held the phone and gave my husband a virtual tour that gave us the confidence to put in our final offer and secure the home that day. Sean's care for his elderly vendor throughout such an intense sale window was genuinely moving. He never lost sight of the human side of the transaction, and his dedication continued through settlement — finding solutions to challenges on both sides, including the vendor's complicated exit. Sean is sharp, direct and deeply communicative. With Charlotte by his side, the experience was exceptional. I'm not planning to purchase (maybe ever again) but if I did, I would love to deal with Sean again.

Unlike other agents, he is very transparent in his advice and in all aspects of the process (e.g. he did not under quote on the property guide just to get people through the door). He has great market knowledge and is a thoughtful, good negotiator. He is considered in his approach to the negative/positives of my home and dealt with them deftly. He also displays a thoughtful approach when following up potential buyers with regard to timing, etc. I was very satisfied with Andrew’s service and would happily engage him again.
