Georgi helped us sell our property in Manly and achieved a great result in a slow market. We really appreciated her advice and experience - as in any job, experience matters a lot and Georgi has it in spades. She is well known in the Manly/Fairlight property market and our friends do know her either from directly working with her or knowing someone who she helped. Georgi and her team Liz, Lauren and Sabrina were all very patient and always available. The Team would show our apartment to prospective buyers 2-3 times a week on appointments. It is great to have agents who can do it - you never know whether a buyer's interest wanes if they don't see your property that extra time or two. As buyers, we never felt the pressure to make offers that we weren't comfortable with, and as sellers we got the right strategic advice. We also got detailed feedback on the market and our property situation every week. In summary, we think we could not have done better with a seller's agent.

Though always professional, we liked that you emotionally connected with our house from the get go. There was never any pressure, even though it was some months before we decided to list. When it came time for us to list, your advice and support in helping me to get my numbers right was really very helpful. It enabled us to go forward in purchasing our new property with a great deal of confidence and assuredness. You connected with our purpose and our plans for Lindy to be able to retire and made it part of your challenge. This made us feel you had our best interest at heart. I asked you early on “what makes for a perfect vendor client?” and your response of “one who does exactly what you advise them to do” was absolutely right. It was a little counter intuitive to me which is why I mention it - but the result speaks for itself. The styling, your tips on how to present the place, the time and effort invested to get the photography perfect were sublime. For anyone who queries the investment required for the perfect preparation, we are the perfect case study. You kept us informed and really well advised as to next steps and to the strategy you were going to employ. This was really important for us when you felt the market was softening and more so in the final stages of the negotiations and the highly skilled way in how you dealt with them. Of course the process started many months before our decision to sell, but in the end from listing to exchange took only 11 days and with a result that had we gone to auction would have been above our reserve. To this extent it has meant that Lindy now has the flexibility to retire when-ever she wants to so you have helped bring our dream to life. How wonderful! We have had what can only be described as the perfect selling experience working with Kylie to sell our Manly property. We met Kylie years ago, as prospective buyers, and soon realised that she was the person we would want to represent us when we sold a property. From the time we decided to sell our property to the time the property was listed (there was a delay with the tenants vacating) , the market conditions changed. Kylie was completely up to date with these changes, and reviewed and monitored her selling strategies accordingly. Kylie's warm, caring and personal nature allows her to gain a very accurate understanding of prospective buyers, which proved invaluable during the negotiation process. Steve along with the rest of the support staff at Cunningham’s were all extremely professional, efficient & honest. From day one we found him to be professional, knowledgeable and he put us at ease with his personable nature. From the moment we engaged Cunningham’s we were amazed at how quickly they managed to organise the photography, plans, marketing and have our property on-line and open for inspection in less than a week. We were kept well informed throughout the whole campaign with weekly reports and updates as things progressed. Our property was an investment apartment and Steve cleverly managed to rent it out to the perspective buyer which allowed us to maintain an income during the settlement period.
