We had just purchased our new property via Steve and Jodie and their approach with us, as a potential buyer, was always professional and courteous, but firm. So as we transitioned to being a vendor these demonstrated traits were appealing to us. We had also sold a small property a few years previous with Cunninghams and were quite satisfied with that experience and result as well. From the outset of a fast tracked sales programme the Cunningham machine kicked into gear very quickly with professional stylists, photographers and writers all coming through our property within days. It was up on the market the following weekend and the place looked great. The whole crew were totally professional. The advice and communications updated we received along the way from Jodie and Steve was timely and honest. The appraisal of the situation at all times during the sales programme appeared to be accurate. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve, Jodie and team at Cunninghams in the future.
