We found James to be honest from the beginning (a rare quality in this game). Throughout the process James was upfront and honest about all areas of our pending sale. He knew the market very well, gave great instruction/ direction to us, which ultimately led to our sale. I would recommend James to all buyers/ sellers (in fact I already have). His use of leveraging his previous sales to inform our sale was inspiring. His credibility / name in the market is outstanding and I can see why. His cools head under pressure, relaxed both my Wife and I, which made the process even easier to go through. Again I would recommend James highly.
