We like many people have been on the search for a house for many many months. The Sydney property market is crazy. We managed a minor miracle and bought in early march. We then decided very last minute to list our existing property rather than rent it out. Several friends have used Steve throughout the years and have all spoke very highly of his skills and ability as a negotiator but more importantly of his honesty and integrity , both for the vendor and the buyer. This, particularly in a market where it is easy for agents to look shiny without doing very much was of the utmost importance to us. Our home was on a main road in a suburb that has 'almost' gone crazy but not quite, we needed someone who would be honest and set realistic expectations, rather than lure us in with some outrageous figure only to have the campaign bomb. Steve met with us and set out a game plan to have our house sold within the month. It was an ambitious plan that involved a 'Block' style makeover a styling event and our family of five moving out within the week.
