Last year my family purchased 2 properties through Cunninghams. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone that was involved in the process. Andrew Lutze, Sam Ruso and Ben Jones, thank you for being great communicators and for showing such great support through out the whole process. Not only were the sales staff great, but I highly recommend the property managers as well, they were all very friendly, accommodating and efficient. They were very pro active in achieving the best rent in a quick and timely manner. Thank you to Brie Dawson, Macey Nicholls, Erin Morton and Kelly Attwater. I would highly recommend you all to anybody looking to purchase a property in the future and renting it out. On another note when searching for properties to buy you can always tell if it is Cunninghams that are selling it because they are always so beautifully presented. For this reason, if you are looking to sell I would definitely use Cunninghams because the way they present their houses/apartments will no doubt enable you to achieve top dollar. We were delighted with the service that we received for the following reasons: . Our first contact was by phone when Steve explained that he would bring Jodie Lynch to the introductory meeting because she would be assisting him with the sale should we enter into a contract with Cunningham's . As a result of the introductory meeting we had no hesitation about entering into the contract. The sale process was clearly explained and the documentation was informative and relevant. As vendors, my husband and I were concerned that the sale process would not cause too much inconvenience to our tenants of four years. . When the unit was first inspected and Steve and Jodie met our tenants the sensitively explained the process in relation to OPEN HOUSE inspections.
