We selected Steve Lambley from Cunningham''s at Balgowlah NSW' as the agent to handle the sale of our investment unit at Fairlight NSW because of positive recommendations from neighbours and friends in the area who had previously engaged his services.

. Our first contact was by phone when Steve explained that he would bring Jodie Lynch to the introductory meeting because she would be assisting him with the sale should we enter into a contract with Cunningham's
. As a result of the introductory meeting we had no hesitation about entering into the contract. The sale process was clearly explained and the documentation was informative and relevant. As vendors, my husband and I were concerned that the sale process would not cause too much inconvenience to our tenants of four years.
. When the unit was first inspected and Steve and Jodie met our tenants the sensitively explained the process in relation to OPEN HOUSE inspections. As agents they also conveyed to us a sense of belief that our unit was very salable, explaining their assessment of its positive features.
. At the end of each " Open House" inspection we were given factual feedback by phone and email re prospective clients and their comments.
. We believe that Steve negotiated diligently to achieve the best possible price for us which ultimately was above the top sale price originally suggested on the contract with the agent.
