We were 'walk in' sellers with the intention of just speaking to a real estate agent about selling our house. The receptionist suggested we talk to Kylie. Our initial informal discussion with Kylie was so positive we felt we could not choose anyone better to sell our property. Kylie was not pushy, did not talk down to us. Showed empathy and understood the emotional difficulty were were having towards selling the house. The marketing campaign she put together for us was excellent. We only had time for a two week selling period. During that time Kylie communicated with us almost every day, helped with the conveyancing, liaised with the tenants, organised for gardening services and best of all got the price we were all hoping for without going through the stress of the scheduled action.
