Although our dealings with Michelle and her agent partner Matthew Lemon were very brief (we purchased the property just three days after it hit the market), our dealings with the team were transparent from the start. We were constantly kept in the loop. We found Cunninghams to respect the buyers – not just their client vendors – and this was obvious in the way both Michelle and Matthew worked with us during the negotiation stage. We're over the moon with our first home purchase and even happier the sale went through Cunninghams, which is a reputable agency on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We would definitely work with Michelle again.

The result was $50k over our expectation, so we are very happy that Steve's advice regarding when too sell proved to be correct.
