Since October 2014, Steve has provided professional advice in relation to this property. Initially he provided a valuation for my mother and arranged for a colleague in the rental arm of the business to advise me on preparing the house for future rental. My mother selected Cunninghams agency as she had heard very positive feedback from friends over many years. In July this year, I reviewed the question of rental versus sale of my mother's property. Steve and colleagues provided professional advice to enable me to make an informed decision. At no time did I feel any pressure in making a decision. This sale was a very emotional decision for all family members as the house had been built by my grandmother in 1921. I felt supported at each step of the way, very important to me personally as I moved interstate immediately prior to the house going on the market. The sale process went smoothly and Steve regularly updated me. I trusted his advice once we reached the negotiation stage and felt at all times that he acted in our best interest. We are all very impressed with the result achieved! In all of my extended dealings with Steve he has been highly professional, extremely polite and also very kind. Jodie and Kelly in Steve's team are also very professional, polite and very considerate. I always felt that my concerns were adequately addressed and that my needs mattered. We found dealing with James a very positive experience. We were impressed by his professionalism, his strategy for maximising the whole sales process and above all his honest and open discussions throughout the campaign. Ben's professional expertise, confidence, courtesy and generosity really did make selling my property a very easy, fast process.
