No issues with communication. Would love to see more data posted somewhere. For example, not always easy to remember (as a vendor as the weeks go past) who has been through and who is interested and who is not. eg Buyer A ..through property 6 times, buyer b no longer interested, how many people have stared the property on Domain etc.

We have had a long & happy association with Cunninghams who, over the last 20 years, have acted for us on the sale of 3 residential properties in Balgowlah Heights, Balgowlah & Queenscliff respectively.
