No issues with communication. Would love to see more data posted somewhere. For example, not always easy to remember (as a vendor as the weeks go past) who has been through and who is interested and who is not. eg Buyer A ..through property 6 times, buyer b no longer interested, how many people have stared the property on Domain etc.

I found James to be very helpful throughout the process and returned calls every time as soon as he could. This is not the case with all agents. The best part was that going to auction my contract requested advance inspection prior to settlement, or consideration given. James leveraged his relationship to achieve this in addition to his property management team for a result that couldn't be better. Only two days downtime. This transition and after sales service was exceptional and I would recommend James to all. In addition James even arranged for the lawn to be mown prior to the tenants moving in, at his cost. I appreciated this is the nature of the game, however, few agents naturally do this with a genuine interest. James does and will continue to service the local community very well going forward.
