Georgi and all the members of her team provided an excellent service at every step of the way for selling my house. During the initial stages the appraisal, advice, and marketing including the online advertising of my property were excellent. During the open homes I was given regular and prompt feedback by telephone and face-to-face meetings to discuss progress. Georgi proved to be an outstanding negotiator and closed the deal at a very good price without having to go to auction. Thank you Georgi, Claudia and Sabrina for all your support and expertise and for making the sale of my property hassle free.

Steve was great to deal with. He even spent time on the phone late one evening prior to auction.

We appreciated Steve's personal approach in helping us reach an agreeable outcome on a home that we love and have been interested in for a few months. Steve was very responsive, available and really listened to us during the whole process from when we were first interested through an open inspection to presenting an offer. Our family is very happy that we have found our family home and also had a positive experience during the purchasing process. Thank you to Steve and Jodie.

Steve persevered with a difficult sales market and never gave up on our property, even though it had the drawback of an easement running across the front yard. He was very thorough in his client contact and, ultimately, he achieved the sale.

Right from our first introduction with Kelly and Georgi at Cunninghams we have had great service. I know selling a house is very stressful but the team made it easy going. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and upbeat. There was such good communication between us all and the whole process went smoothly. Thanks to Kelly and the entire team for a professional and positive experience. Well done!

Georgi was very thorough. My questions were answered promptly and she liaised with the vendor to obtain additional information for me as I negotiated the purchase of pieces of furniture in the property. No query was too problematic. The final day of negotiations was very stressful with another interested party. She kept me and my solicitor in the loop, responding quickly to multiple phone calls. I felt she was honest and transparent.
