I feel like I was lucky to have Michelle as the agent for my first home purchase. The experience as a whole was a lot less stressful than it probably should have been. Michelle was always in a good mood and more than happy to help with any questions I had, or arrange for me to have another look at the place. I can't remember waiting more than 20minutes for Michelle to get back to me when I needed anything. I also got a really helpful rundown of the steps to take after all the negotiating was done and contracts exchanged. Not much else to say really other than I'm really happy with how everything worked out.

Georgi was very thorough. My questions were answered promptly and she liaised with the vendor to obtain additional information for me as I negotiated the purchase of pieces of furniture in the property. No query was too problematic. The final day of negotiations was very stressful with another interested party. She kept me and my solicitor in the loop, responding quickly to multiple phone calls. I felt she was honest and transparent.
