This is the second property Mark has sold for us in very different market conditions over 5 years. He is a very easy and highly credible person with good knowledge and strong interpersonal skills. Mark helped us right through the sales process, initially he helped us develop a list of worthwhile make good items to be carried out on the house and in the garden prior to the house going on sale. Mark also provided us with leads to find great value local tradesman to get the works done. When it came time to place the house on the market Mark suggested we employ a stylist to dress up the house, initially for the photos and then each weekend prior to inspections. The house looked so amazing I wanted to purchase it myself and the house sold in a matter of weeks for a great price. We will defiantly use Mark and his team next time we sell a property.
