Georgi is the best!
Georgi helped me buy my property while I was overseas. She went out if her way to explain the process and ensure a stress free purchase. She was so lovely to deal with and had a welcome basket for us which was lovely. I would fully recommend Georgi as an helpful honest reliable agent.

Exceptional service
I met with a number of agents before selling my property but ultimately chose Georgi because she made me feel comfortable and seemed to be the most honest about what price range I could expect. Having said that, the results of the sale of my apartment far exceeded anything I could have hoped to expect due to Georgi's negotiation skills. She also made the process easy and stress free. I will definitely be using Georgi's services in any future property sales.

Georgi's great listening skills and reassuring approach meant that we felt understood from the very beginning. And if we were unsure about which choice to make, instead of sitting on the fence or pushing us either way, Georgi would provide a strong well considered recommendation, while always letting us make our own decision. Her local knowledge and experience were apparent throughout the process. Our trust in her meant that at times we could relax and actually enjoy the process! Georgi and Lauren make a wonderful team. A genuine professional
We worked with Georgi in both the buying and selling of our house on Seaview Street and I can honestly say she is the most professional estate agent we have ever met. She knows the market intimately, and has a great network of genuine buyers, so much so that we sold our place before the first open house, and at a price we were thrilled with! Thanks Georgi, your honesty and advice were really helpful and made the (seemingly complex) process of selling seem, well, pretty easy! A special mention also to Lauren who was fantastic, responsive and super organised. The advice we were given to prepare the property for sale was also spot on. We were really happy with Georgi and the Cunninghams team.

Terrific agent

How happy we are with the sale of our unit

Could not have been more impressed
We spoke to three agents when preparing to sell our Balgowlah terrace - while I was initially keen to use the agent who'd sold the place to us, one meeting with Georgi changed my mind completely. Her combination of expertise, skills and personality is VERY rare. Not only is she a seriously formidable negotiator, she has an innate knack for understanding people and how to communicate with them (buyers and vendors alike). Upshot is, she gets really great results. She sold our place for well above what we expected, and was just fantastic to deal with every step of the way (especially good as we were auction virgins). I am pretty demanding and have high expectations, and there's no one else I'd even consider using in this area. She's known as the best because she IS the best.
