What an amazing result. From some internet advertising on Thursday followed by a "soft opening" on the Saturday [no press advertising] ,Cunningham's database and i guess a few phone calls. By Monday afternoon we had three interested parties making offers and by late afternoon we accepted an offer we were very happy with including a 12 week settlement. The Cunningham's team worked seamlessly throughout the lead up to the sale from our initial discussions with Andrew through to the marketing planning, styling with Amazema and regular updates before and after the actual exchange of contracts.
