Steve and Jodie worked individually and as a team to achieve a great result for us. They were efficient, knowledgeable, communicative, tireless and ethical in their dealings with us and our purchasers. We cannot recommend them too highly.

We really enjoyed working with Andrew and the team at Cunninghams. Andrew is a great communicator, he has exceptional market knowledge and works hard to find a fair result for both the seller and buyer. The whole team at Cunninghams delivers great customer service, which no doubts is a reflection of a strong culture and customer focused team.

Steve Lambley is very knowledgeable, answers enquiries quickly then gives you space to consider options. I felt he had a genuine approach to both vendor and purchaser.

We bought our home through Steve Lambley at Cunninghams 10 years ago, and our experience was so positive we didn't hesitate to ask Steve to sell the same home for us again in the 'quieter' market of mid-2018. Steve stands head and shoulders above other agents in the Northern Beaches real estate industry for his kind and genuine nature. And his team are knowledgeable, efficient, informative and attentive from the moment you pick up the phone. We were kept informed and involved every step of the way and the process ended up being quite enjoyable despite the inevitable stress and emotion involved. We can vouch for the team who go above and beyond to help out with unexpected hurdles along the way! We were delighted with the auction outcome and, although we're very happy with our new home, wouldn't hesitate to work with Cunninghams again in the future.

Andrew and his team were terrific. Nothing was too much trouble during the preparation process. Macey was there to make sure everything went smoothly and on time. Contracts were exchanged unconditionally six days after going on the market. Andrew's negotiating skills came to the fore with more than one buyer wanting to buy our house. A job well done. We have now sold twice and purchased once through Andrew. This speaks for our confidence in him and his team. We have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and Cunninghams in the future, and in fact have already done so.

We've worked with Steve on a number of occasions over the last 10 years and can thoroughly recommend his knowledge, energy and professionalism and can rely on him to achieve a great result.

Georgi and her team blew us away with their professionalism, service, and expertise. Other agents we have used in the past do not compare. In fact, many businesses in Sydney do not provide the level of customer service Georgi and her team provide. They worked 110% for us. The whole selling process went smoothly and happened with ease. The best bit is, we also got a great result on our sale price. I cannot recommend them more. We will definitely use them again.

Simply, Ben was just great to deal with. He spent time talking through the sale process and provided some great advice. It didn't feel like he was just trying to sell us a house, it felt like he wanted us to make the right choice for our family.

Georgi and team convinced us to buy! The property was well presented. We felt comfortable asking lots of questions and the marketing material was informative. Georgi's strong local knowledge helped us to decide to make an offer. She was professionally supported by Liz, and by Sabrina who made sure the exchange ran smoothly.

Lochlan Macpherson of Cunninghams, Balgowlah was a pleasure to deal with during the sales campaign for the Allambie Heights property we were fortunate to obtain at auction. Lochlan was always prompt in addressing our requests for information and unscheduled inspections. His professional and genuine manner were appreciated. I am very happy to recommend Lochlan Macpherson, Steve Lambley and the Cunninghams team.
