A Fantastic Experience....

We originally met Matt and Liliana over twelve (12) months ago when we first began our house search on the Northern Beaches. From the very first time we met, Matt and Lili went out of their way to get to know us personally and to also fully understand what we were looking for and how they may be able to assist us with our search. After countless open homes and a year-long search, we finally found the one and we are thankful that Matt and the Cunninghams team was handling the listing. Throughout the entire process from inspection through to negotiation and finally contract signature, Matt was accommodating of our requests, honest with his feedback, professional and at all times very transparent. This was very refreshing as purchasers and made the whole process less stressful. In the end it was Matt's intimate understanding of all aspects of what and why we were interested in this particular property that enabled him to negotiate a great outcome for us with his Vendors and when we got the news the property was ours, we couldn't have been happier!
