We have two properties with Curtis and Blair Real Estate and are extremely happy with the service they provide for not only us but out tenants. The communication is exceptional between all parties. We now live interstate and the transition has been very easy with the organising of tradespeople (we used to do it whilst we were in the are). The property managers are considerate of the work required on the house VS the most cost effective. Both properties have not been vacant for longer than a week. This allows time to conduct the outwards/inwards inspections and any upkeeping the properties may require in that time prior to the new tenant. I have dealt with the sales department with regards to getting a property valuation (for bank requirements) and it was quick and simple. Extremely happy with the service that Curtis and Blair Real Estate provide and would highly recommend them in all aspects of property management.

We used Curtis & Blair for the leasing of our first investment property. Caitlin was there to guide us over the various hurdles placed in our way by builders putting the final touches to the property. From a real-estate perspective, everything went smoothly and Caitlin found us some excellent tenants at a time when there were many other properties on the market in the same area.
