After recieving incredibly poor customer service from our previous Agency - LJ Hooker, for our rental property in Medowie, my husband and I decided to look into other agencies in the area. She answered all my questions on the spot and followed up with a very detailed step by step guide via email on how to change managing agents, easily, stress free and at no cost! We knew that making the switch to the Century 21 team was the best move and now we are getting $90 per week more than what we were getting in rent from LJ Hooker (whom continually stated that what we were getting was market value). After dealing with an agency who were severely lacking customer service and communication skills, Century 21 have been a breath of fresh air.
