Everyone was always friendly, happy to help out and it is so obvious to us that it is a happy workplace. We are thrilled our new home was purchased through Century 21 and there is only one place we will go when we have to sell. We had been dealing with Jane for the past few months looking at houses and we were really undecided between several areas. We were upfront and told Jane we were considering other areas and she still went above and beyond and at times completely out of her way to spend time showing us houses and the benefits of living in Medowie. Some agents in the area didn't give us the time of day when they knew we were looking elsewhere. We didn't end up buying through Jane as we did eventually decide on another area but we would fully recommend Jane to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Medowie area. She has such a positive and professional outlook and made us feel like we were dealing with a trusted friend. We recently purchased our first family home through Jane Curtis at Century 21 Medowie. The experience of purchasing a first home in general is stressful and nerve-racking to say the least, and our situation was no different - with some major issues with lenders occurring from the get go. Jane was wonderfully supportive throughout this process. Jane has an innate ability to provide just the right amount of presence throughout the entire process. Her involvement never felt intrusive or pushy and she was always available to answer questions. Jane has a lovely, kind and bubbly nature. It never feels like hard work speaking with her. It feels like having a chat with a girlfriend, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. We will definitely go through Century 21 and Jane again when we are ready to sell/purchase next!
