I have bought and sold 6 houses so far so I have had quite a lot of dealings with Real Estate Agents and I can say without a doubt, Jane is head and shoulders above any other agent I have used. We signed for Jane to sell our house at 4:30pm on a Thursday. At 9am on Friday (the next day), Jane already had 3 couples interested in viewing our house (one of these eventually bought it). The first prospective buyer to view our house fell in love with it and made a full price offer that day. which was the first day it was available for viewing. The buyer came at 10am, and at 10:30, we had a full price offer. The house had a deposit on it before we could even get the photographer in to take photos! Jane knew exactly the right type of person who would love our house and I don't know how she did it, but she found a buyer who loved the house so much they wanted to just move straight in. I have found Jane to be friendly, straight up, honest and trustworthy and she really knows her stuff when it come to real estate. If I were to sell a property again, I would not even bother inquiring with any other agent.
