Saskias communication skills, knowledge and particularly perseverance in this extremely difficult market was exceptional. OMG this property market in the last six months !!!!!! *3 interest rate rises *falling property prices *high petrol prices *new budget guidelines *changing government legislation *middle east war all having a huge negative effect on buyer and seller confidence in the Sydney property market. Saskia went above and beyond to support and facilitate and close the sale on our property. Saskia was always professional and very personable.
