Andrew seems to be a very dedicated, hard working agent who communicated with us honestly and without the sales pitch you often get from real estate agents. This endeared him to us immediately. The only negative was that the selling price wasn't as much as we were initially led to believe was achievable, and the asking price was reduced considerably from the original estimate even before the property was on the market. Having said this, the property did sell quite quickly, and we did decide not to pursue a better offer later in the selling process. Andrew attended all open houses himself, and followed up on interest in the property promptly.

David & his team conducted an auction for us. He provided useful information right from the start on presentation suggestions and the best strategies to achieve the best result, hence we took his advice and opted for an auction. The open inspections started about a month before the auction. David would speak to us at least once a week, most times more often. On the day it was very hot, we had an onsite auction, and I loved that they thought of every detail and even bought tubs filled with ice and bottles of cold water for the bidders. We ended up with some very happy buyers and we were, of course, extremely happy that it was all handled with such excellence. I found David to be extremely good to deal with and I would highly recommend him.
