We were impressed by the professionalism of Clinton from the first meeting. He assembled a comprehensive report on where our property stood in the current market. This was informed by both recent sales results of comparable properties as well as current listings. From this we were able to settle on the asking price for our property. I was particularly pleased that Clinton did not seek to give us an unrealistically high expectation, just in order to lure us in as clients. Once on the market, Clinton was helpful with advice regarding what works might or might not improve the chances of a sale. Upon receiving offers, Clinton handled negotiations expertly, and we achieved an acceptable outcome without multitudes of phone calls back and forth. Overall we were very happy with the outcome and it was all achieved with minimal stress to us.
