It was a quick look at first as we past by the property on another property investigation and no further thought was given. In a change of circumstance in a week the thought come to revisit the property which was still available. The sales staff were friendly and accommodating. When the decision to move forward was made the event was smooth and signing up to rent the property a natural conclusion having experienced the Daring & Young service in a prior rental property. Any questions / concerns I have are factually answered and should a little more research be required, a prompt response outlining the pro’s and con’s is my experience, leaving the final decision in my court.

I am a remote property investor so I have relied heavily on Zoe and her team as I have never seen the property. Having a high performing, professional and friendly property manager means the difference between property investing being a possible nightmare, to being able to sleep at night knowing it is being managed by such an amazing team of people. You can't pay for peace of mind particularly when it comes to spending so much money on something and the many risks that come if things are managed well. Zoe also made sure that the property was tenanted days after it was settled, even when there were still things that needed to be fixed. Daring and Young (DY) are a vibrant and willing agency that can assist in your property management needs. The difficulty is finding the right property manager that understands you, is honest and has experience. Remembering it is your money DY are managing and if the communications is not right, you could loose money chasing issues and a good tenant. The right property manager I believe should own their own investment property and have a balanced approach in the aim of satisfying tenant, landlord and regulations. I believe I now have that property manager and enjoy working with her.
