Great experience
Have had a good experience with this realestate so far. It’s my first time renting so don’t really have a frame of reference. But the process to rent was very quick and easy. I feel confident that we’ll have a good experience throughout our time with the agency

Pleasant experience
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Daring & Young Property regarding my rental property in Garbutt. Initially, contact with Zoe went very smooth and was followed by a personal visit to the property. Zoe took me through all the required information and came up with a plan on what to do next. Her friendly, not scripted approach has helped me pull the plug on going with Daring & Young. I was then put in touch with Bernie, who was initially my property manager and then Stevie. Both of them have been exceptional in the quality of service that I come to expect from a Property Manager. Stevie has promptly passed (and sometimes chased me) the tenant concerns to me (as an ex-tenant, I value this a lot!). She has come up with some creative solutions to some of the problems that arose along the way. Thanks team for all the assistance and the friendly service!

Best of the Best Real Estate in Townsville
