Phil is an exceptional agent. I would say the best in town. What he did for us was extraordinary selling our apartment in Trigg in six days in a tough market in mid January before it had even warmed up after the summer break. Phil really knows the market and buyers. He gave us the best advice on styling our property for maximum impact and took the best sunset photos so it looked stunning (if only we had lived in it in that way). Phil's calm and meticulous approach was very reassuring. We took all his advice and got a great result. I am astonished by Phil's above and beyond approach which I wasn't expecting. Many calls to interested buyers, private viewings almost every night after the home open on the Saturday, lots of appropriate support to buyers in getting finance and he created a real buzz about our place. In six days we got 5 offers. Phil regularly called us with updates and guided us through a very fast moving process. Marketing was top quality and the broader team at Davey are extremely efficient.
