Eon knew the Carine market very well and had done thorough research on what was happening in the market. He was very knowledgeable and offered excellent advice on the market value of the house and how best to sell the property. He did not try to buy the listing by stating a selling price that was unrealistic. I found him to be honest, genuine, trustworthy, a good communicator and easily contactable. I then found a house I wanted to buy and gave Eon the impossible task of selling my house as soon as he could without going to market. Eon managed this almost immediately, achieving a very good price of the property. I cannot recommend Eon highly enough and would certainly use his services again.
