David helped us secure a property that involved some complex negotiations involving an overseas vendor. Not only did he do a really good professional job on this but he also introduced us to a number of local tradesmen and builders to help with the renovations we needed. They all knew him well and responding to him quickly to assist. Not only all of this but the day before settlement he and George even rolled up their sleeves to get the property into a condition that they believed it should be in to settle. He always seems to be happy to go way beyond the call of duty.

I have never met an agent who is more knowledgable about the market. Although he was representing the seller, we felt he did a fantastic job facilitating the negotiations and finalising the contract.
