I have never met an agent who is more knowledgable about the market. Although he was representing the seller, we felt he did a fantastic job facilitating the negotiations and finalising the contract. He was always available when we needed him and I am confident he will always be that way years after our purchase. After seeing how he represented his clients in our transaction and seeing how well he sold the house to us, we will definitely look to him when it comes time to sell. His knowledge of every property he showed us was impressive. He carefully explained the features of each home and the improvements that had been done by the current and often the previous owners. He did a stellar job promoting each property but we also felt he was honest about the things we needed to know. He goes the extra mile and we appreciated that about him.
