My interaction with David Deans Real Estate has been over a few weeks while they sold the unit I was renting. I found them helpful and considerate over a trying time. When it became clear the flat was selling with vacant possession, they were helpful when a unit became vacant, performing the relevant checks quickly and awarding the lease quickly.

Paula and Belinda coordinated a complete makeover of my rental property on my behalf and had my property leased all within a month. This was during the floods and with three consecutive long weekends in a row. So it was a great help for them to organise the bathroom renovation, painting of the whole house, new flooring and landscaping. Best agency I've used.

The property was dirty on arrival with bins full and notices from the council stating they were too heavy for the rubbish truck. I (Nicholas) feel as though the agent did not care for the state of the property for new tenants and just wanted to get someone in regardless. Admittedly we have not been proactive about contacting the agency with regards to things like leaking taps and the basin in the laundry however these are things I personally (Nicholas) feel should be observed and rectified by the agent prior to moving new tenants in.
