Mark worked very hard to help me sell my house. He was friendly, courteous, identified what I needed, and worked hand in hand with me to achieve a successful result. This included making certain improvements to the property, and he was able to advise me on the best way to go about this, and refer me to the appropriate workers. All in all, we arrived at a win-win situation, whereby I was able to sell my house for a fair price and lease it back until my new one was built.

Mark and his team did a great job, from preparing the home, through to negotiating the final sale. We were interstate for the duration of the campaign, which was daunting, however Mark kept us well informed throughout and provided excellent recommendations, which ultimately led to a sale within two weeks for a price that was higher than we were first expecting!
