Really happy new tenant! David Deane Real Estate have been fast to sercure me a new property! Within a day application approved,house viewed, and lease sign! Lovely to deal with and very prompt,reliable and nice team. Thank you !! Love my new place! Great price and location! Hassle free
Easy hassle free with online submissions of entry condition etc. Easy pickup of keys with nice touches of a packet of tim tams and a scratchy welcoming us to our new home. I won $8 bonus.

Highly recommended
David Deane Real Estate were extremely fast to process my rental application. The rentals team have kept in close contact throughout the application/tenancy agreement process. The methods that are used to sign leases, pay rent etc are highly convenient and very easy to navigate. I would highly recommend David Deane Real Estate to anyone looking to rent a property.
