Condition report completely false. Sticking up for a stingy owner who leaves basic things broken/leaking and refuses to fix. Dumps stuff in your yard while at work without explanation and refuses to remove. Fence blown down and took months to fix, with a dog on the property mind you. Maintenance forms via their website do not work, yet they keep sending you there to fill them out as it is the "proper" way. They don't respond to emails.

We recently organised tenants for our property and found Paula and the rental management department fantastic. Always kept us updated, found tenants within a couple of weeks, did a very comprehensive background check We will be using these guys again in the future...

We’ve have recently gone through David Dean Realestate as tenants and I hands down can’t thank them enough for making sure this property was clean and ready for us to move into. They generously went out of their way to leave us chocolates, a scratchy and welcome card. They didn’t have to do that but the fact that they did shows that we are in good hands. Little bit disappointed with how things are handled. Moved into property with long grass and was basically told it was now my problem, time to get things fixed isnt great, still waiting on a couple of things to be done with no word on when. Response to emails can be good and bad. Overall a good realestate who I would be happy to go through again.
