I currently have 2 properties being managed by David Deane and am very happy with the service I receive. The staff are polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I have had problem tenants and have been shielded from the worst of the dramas. The team kept on top of them and made the transition from bad tenants, to new better tenants almost seamless. I have also had a new build carried out and the guys liaised well with the builders to ensure the handover was easy and the new build was tenanted quickly. Only slight inconvenience is that some generic emails are used for the agents as opposed to personalised ones (with the agents name), this can make it confusing when trying to work out which email address to use for correspondence. Overall I would highly recommend David Deane and will be using them for any future properties I purchase in the area.
