I purchased this property through Deanes and then listed it for rent with them.It is 4 bedrooms but they were going to rent it as 3 bedroom but fortunately it was corrected to 4 bedrooms before it was rented. Fixed No! for the next 20 years it was being rented as 3 bedrooms.Yet Every inspection has 4 bedrooms.Breakages such as light fittings,electrical surrounds on switches, tiled soap holders, missing door closers, room repainted a different colour with damaged walls and the door replaced with a 2nd hand door were just wear and tear? Substandard contract work. Just received an invoice 2 months late, but not their fault, they have advised that they cannot resend the email they claim to have sent 2 months ago,to prove they did so? Really they don't have an electronic record or hard copy record. If you sent an invoice (a financial record) to somebody would you keep a copy? So the Contractor was not paid and I have to carry this debit for another FY. Some staff have been very good. However you have different people doing inspections and managing your property so they don't see the damage and changes to the property. Bigger is not better, So I am of no consequence if I change agents. I would recommend to rent through a smaller agent where every landlord becomes personally known and valued and hopefully more diligence is shown.

We were approved fairly quickly. We were notified of every step from the moment we handed the application in to the moment we moved in. Any maintenance work that needed to be carried out from the entry report, was booked in within 3 days of handing it back. They’ve been understanding in all types of scenarios and very quick to make sure they get back an answer pertaining to maintenance etc. 10/10 our my books.
