I bought my first investment property and they guided me with all the preparation before settlement to ensure the property was rented as soon as possible and with a quality tenant. They organised the first property inspection on the same day as settlement which resulted in securing a tenant within 3 days. I am very happy with their friendly and proactive approach and specially the tools they use to keep track of the property management. Highly recommended

Very happy with the whole process, one of the best parts was the kind welcome pack my family received when we moved into our new home.

All this company wants is your money as soon a they have it they don’t care, ignore emails, are absolutely useless when asking why my rent has been taken out three times once it had all ready been paid
